Swatches and short review of Fyrinnae eyeshadows.
All the info about Fyrinnae is available at their web site here.
Shortly they are indie cosmetic brand and they are cruelty free.
Price of each eyeshadow depends on size you buy ( 2.25 $ - 6.25 $ ) . They come in plastic containers with label and it is very handy because you can see what shade is in it, and also name of it.
I ordered 3 times from them, never had any bad experiences. Shipping costs depend on weight, so it won't be the same for 3 items or for 8, but still it is reasonable (talking about shipping for Croatia).
Every time I received items in period of two weeks, well packed.
On every bill there is handwritten thank you and it is a nice thing, I really liked it!
On top of all that, with each purchase they will send a free sample, and what I like the most is that sample is not in a sample baggie (I hate those), but in a container, like a regular mini size product.
They wrap purchased products in most beautiful iridescent pinkish plastic wrap that I'm mad about! So gorgeous!
List of ingredients is from their page and it's the only one I could find. I guess it is same for all shades.
Mica, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isododecane, Styrene/PVP Copolymer, Myristyl Myristate. May contain: Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, Manganese Violet, Tin Oxide, Ultramarines, Chromium Oxide, Copper Powder, Bronze Powder, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Magnesium Myristate,Blue #1, Red #40, Yellow #5, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Silica.
Shades that I'm going to show you today are :
Herbivore, Snowboarding, Inappropriate Popsicle, Polyester Witch, Parental Advisory
In first set of photos shadow are applied over ArtDeco eyeshadow base, taken at direct sunlight.
Snowboarding (looks very washed out, almost transparent, but it's because of the sun)
Inappropriate Popsicle (matte, so it's hard to get it evenly coated)
And applied over Nxy jumbo pencil in Milk for full glory of these beauties.
This set is taken at daylight but in shade and it is more accurate when it comes to colour. Although does sun bring all the shimmer and small glitter, real beauty of this shadows comes at subtile daylight.
I know, I know, little white shits all over the place, sorry :(
Snowboarding (notice the difference, no glitter visible, but look at that colour)
Inappropriate Popsicle (still not even coating)
Parental Advisory (I tried to catch reddish sheen but I failed, but in real life is visible)
And eye look just for example how they look in action. Over ArtDeco base light touch of Snowboarding, Inappropriate Popsicle, Parental Advisory and Sakura (not shown in this post).
These loose eyeshadows wear extremely well, they are easy to work with, except matte ones especially when applied directly on base. But I'm more than satisfied with this company, service and products.
I'm highly recommend you to try them out :)
What do you think? Do you like them, have you maybe tried anything from this brand, and do you want to?
Thank you for reading and commenting :)
